Welcome to Dubai Desert Safari. These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, payments, and services provided through our website https://bookdubaidesertsafari.ae/. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • To confirm your booking, a minimum deposit of 20% of the total tour price is required.
  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start of the tour.
  • Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or approved online payment methods.
  • By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the provided card or account details.
  • Prices listed on our website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise specified.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the tour start time will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
  • No-shows or guests arriving late for departure will not be eligible for any refund.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Booking Modifications

  • Requests for changes (e.g., tour date, package type, or participant count) must be made at least 48 hours before the tour start time.
  • All changes are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Modifications requested within 48 hours may incur a 20% amendment fee or may not be accepted if operationally unfeasible.

4. Itinerary and Tour Operations

  • All itineraries are subject to change due to operational needs, safety measures, or unforeseen events.
  • While Dubai Desert Safari strives to adhere to the published itinerary, we reserve the right to alter or cancel any part of the experience for reasons including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or government restrictions.
  • In such cases, guests will be offered an alternative date, comparable experience, or refund at our discretion.

5. Weather Conditions

  • Desert safaris are weather-dependent outdoor activities.
  • In cases of extreme heat, sandstorms, or rain, we may modify or postpone certain activities for safety reasons.
  • If a tour is cancelled due to adverse weather, we will provide an option to reschedule or receive a refund as per company policy.

6. Health, Fitness & Safety

Your safety is our priority. Please note the following:

  • Guests must ensure they are medically fit to participate in outdoor or adventure activities such as dune bashing, camel rides, quad biking, or sandboarding.
  • These activities may not be suitable for:
    • Pregnant women
    • Individuals with back/neck issues, heart conditions, or serious medical problems
    • Children under the advised age limits
  • Guests must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff and activity leaders.
  • Safety gear will be provided where required. Dubai Desert Safari cannot be held responsible for injuries caused by negligence, failure to follow safety rules, or reckless behavior.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  • Dubai Desert Safari shall not be held liable for:
    • Delays, losses, or cancellations due to weather, traffic, or factors beyond our control
    • Loss or damage to personal belongings
    • Injury or accidents, unless caused by verified negligence on our part
  • Participation in our tours and activities is at the guest’s own risk.
  • We recommend all participants obtain comprehensive travel and health insurance prior to their trip.

8. Personal Belongings

  • Guests are advised to avoid bringing valuables, cash, jewelry, or fragile items on tours.
  • Dubai Desert Safari will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
  • Items found on vehicles or at camps will be kept for up to 30 days before being disposed of responsibly.

9. Promotional Offers & Discounts

  • Promotional codes or offers cannot be combined with any other discounts.
  • Each promotion applies once per booking unless stated otherwise.
  • Offers are non-transferable and non-refundable.

10. Third-Party Services

  • Some activities (e.g., quad biking, buggy rides, hot-air ballooning) may be operated by third-party suppliers.
  • We act only as an agent in such cases, and their individual terms and conditions apply.
  • Dubai Desert Safari is not responsible for any acts, omissions, or negligence of third-party operators.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes or claims arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through arbitration at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
  • The seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates.
  • All legal proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
